Sunny is a sharp and driven professional with over 7 years of experience across respected organizations such as Raymond and Deloitte. During his tenure at Deloitte, he served as a Consultant, where he managed Audits related to Labour and Environmental laws for both Indian and international entities. He also developed Compliance Checklists for Labour, Corporate, And Taxation laws spanning more than 20 foreign jurisdictions. In his current practice, Sunny has played a key role in executing critical corporate actions such as Buy-backs, Listing of Shares and Debt securities, and ESOP issuances. His areas of expertise include General Corporate Advisory, Labour and Environmental Compliance, Corporate Actions, and Listing Regulations. Sunny brings a practical and proactive approach in navigating complex regulatory frameworks for both domestic and global clients.
